Good and result-oriented Public Private Dialogue (PPD) leads to improved business environment through smart policies, regulations and reforms. PPD is held between the private sector organisations like associations, BSOs/BMOs and public sector like the President, the Prime Minister, Ministers, civil servants, governors, mayors, parliamentarians and government agencies. PPD can be institutionalized
or ad-hoc, sectoral (like better regulatory environment for tea producers) or horizontal (better tax laws for all business). PPD is in the interest of both the private and the public side as it leads to better results, better laws, better regulations, reduces conflicts and talking to each other to find solutions is a value for itself. In the PPD Activity we train stakeholders from the private sector to do a better job as Advocates and Lobbyist in Public Private Dialogue in different topics like Advocacy, Membership, Communication, Analytics, Positioning, Negotiation/Mediation.
