JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creation of the B2B Clients Database in the region (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan);
2. Attraction of the new clients;
3. Update of Corporate Offers;
4. Direct Communication and negotiation with the Retailers, Supermarket Chains, HoReCa Representatives;
5. Full Customer Service and Support (Request processing, Order Management, Customer Satisfactions Survey, Customer Assistance etc.);
6. Crisis Management;
7. Organizing product promotion events such as tastings, product presentations, promotions, advertising campaigns, Participations in Local and International Exhibitions;
8. Control of Product Merchandising;
9. Full Control on Supply Chain Management;
10. Honey Market Surveys and Competitors Analysis (Price, Product, Place);
11. Preparation of Sales and Brand Management Reports (monthly basis, upon request);
12. Conducting meetings with clients (offline in Tbilisi and online sales calls);
13. Management of the full cycle of sales.
14. Maintaining the client’s database in CRM system.
15. Act as a Customer Service Representative and support Corporate Social Networks and Requests (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp etc.)
16. Any other job-related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales; Work experience in the Agro-Sales will be considered as an advantage;
• Strong skills in sales (Cold Sales, Hot Sales, Ecommerce), negotiation, and communication
• Knowledge of Caucasus Honey Market;
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• CRM;
• Knowledge of Agile Software will be considered as an advantage;
• Languages: Georgian (Native), English (Fluent), Russian (Fluent);
• Ability to work flexible hours;
• Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact well with others, Creativity, Research Skills, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and Thoroughness.
