👉We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lika Tsintsabadze as the Practice Development and Engagement Lead of the Legal Committee at the European Business Association (EBA).
Lika Tsintsabadze is the Founder and Business Lawyer at Nomos Georgia Law Firm, specializing in investment, business and corporate law, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and cross-border transactions.
With over 10 years of experience in legal practice, Lika advises entrepreneurs, companies, and investors on complex legal and business matters. Through Nomos Georgia, Lika provides strategic legal counsel to businesses and individuals, supporting them in navigating complex legal frameworks, managing risks, and achieving their objectives.
Lika holds a Master’s Degree from Tbilisi State University and has further developed her international legal expertise through academic studies at Lille Catholic University, France (International and European Law) and Bucerius Law School, Germany (International Business Law). She is a member of the Georgian Bar Association and an Attorney at Law.
Her expertise encompasses corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, business structuring, regulatory advisory, real estate and construction matters, contractual relations, banking and finance, tax-related legal advisory, and complex civil litigation.
Alongside her legal practice, Lika is an active trainer, mentor, and speaker, delivering professional education programs for business representatives, accountants, auditors, and entrepreneurs on legal developments, regulatory changes, and practical aspects of doing business in Georgia.
She has initiated and contributed to projects focused on legal education, corporate sustainability, and social impact, including professional training programs for accountants and auditors, as well as a project supported by the Open Society Georgia Foundation aimed at advancing women’s awareness of property rights and land ownership.
Lika is a recognized international speaker, sharing her expertise at global business and legal forums, including Nomad Capitalist Live, LegalEx London, and international conferences, where she has addressed topics related to investment, taxation, compliance, and business opportunities in Georgia.
In her new role as Practice Development and Engagement Lead of the Legal Committee, Lika will focus on fostering collaboration between the legal and business communities, encouraging best practice exchange, and developing initiatives that provide practical value to EBA members.
