Reinforced concrete works are fully completed, the building is roofed, terrace is installed and terrace roofing works are completed.

The first stage works were carried by the Company “Anagi” and supervision of foundation works were carried by famous Swiss company SGS which is an international inspection company and we were the only company to order such service to it in Adjara.
The second stage works are to be continued and carried: façade, interior decoration works and communications.
For this stage of works the project price is 7 500 000 (seven million five hundred thousand) USD excluding VAT, so including VAT it is 8 850 000 USD from which 1 350 000 USD equivalent in Gel will be returned back to the Purchaser in the form of reverse offset.
At present only 11 apartments are sold at 4-th, 7-th, 10-th and 12-th floors, on the other floors the apartments are not sold in order to make it possible to sell the whole floor.
