Well, it’s safe to say it has been the strangest and scariest time we have ever had since opening our Spencer Elliott doors back in 2016. Actually....in our lifetime.

This week, like the rest of the country we have been dealing with ever changing circumstances, uncertainly and fear. We have been trying our best to advise our lovely clients the best way forward in each individual circumstance whilst like everyone else, trying to keep our families and loved ones safe.

These are terrible times but what has really lifted our spirits this week is the good nature and camaraderie everyone we deal with is showing. From agents taking the time to call us to see how we are doing, fellow lawyers really coming together to push transactions through ( when it was safe to do so) and to clients wanting to help their sellers or buyers in any way they can.

This is the spirit that will get us all through this.
