In 2021 we are achieving above the asking price between 5% & 10 % as property prices have never been this high! We have a very successful sales team with over 60 years experience within the Yeovil market. We can market and advertise your property on 17 national websites including Rightmove & Zoopla, individual floorplans, accompanied viewings and regular feedback on a weekly basis. Year on year we are selling over 85% - 90% of all the properties we are taking on to the market.

Chants Estate Agents was established by Mark Chant in 2010, winning the Western Gazette Start Up Business Award in 2011 and won The British Property Awards in 2019. We now offer two ways in which to sell your property! Director Mark Chant explains: "This industry has changed a lot since I started 1998, with new and modern technology being developed all the time. As a business we are changing too, adapting to the growing needs of sellers. We believe that there is still a strong demand for our High Street Office, where customers can talk face to face with our experienced team, who have a combined experience of over 75 years' of the Yeovil housing market. On 1 August 2015, we launched our brand new 'Online Package', along with continuing to offer our existing 'Full Marketing Package'". With our 'Online Package', an upfront fee of just £349 + VAT will be charged, with 0.3% (of the marketing price) + VAT being charged on completion. Our existing Full Marketing Package is offered on a 'No Sale - No Fee' basis, with the only payment being made to us upon completion.
