Ellie and Natasha thoroughly enjoyed their visit, a big thank you for the warm welcome and the lovely tin of goodies. It was such a privilege to speak with residents, staff and family members.

If you would like to donate empty plastic bottles, please drop them at Avon Manor Dementia Care Home - Worthing or to our Goring office.

🔴 Yesterday evening, the Club was awarded the Freedom of the Borough, the highest civic honour the council can award, in recognition of the contribution to the town and local community.

Councillors unanimously approved the honour at a special meeting of Worthing Borough Council.

Council leader Caroline Baxter proposed the nomination after our promotion to the National League, with councillors also highlighting our long-standing contribution to community life and ability to bring generations of supporters together.

An immensely proud day for everyone associated with the Football Club ❤️

Employment law changes taking effect today – are you ready?

Two important changes come into force today, affecting employers:
• Third-party harassment – employers may now face greater liability for harassment of employees by customers, clients and members of the public.
• Employment Tribunal time limits – the time limit for most claims is increasing from three months to six months.

These changes make it important for employers to review their policies, training, reporting procedures and record-keeping.

Our latest article, written by Paige Chapman, looks at what these changes mean for employers and the steps businesses should be considering. Keep an eye out for more updates from GWCA Solicitors on these changes.

☀️ Staff Summer & Family Party 2026 ☀️

On Saturday 11th July 2026, we enjoyed our annual Staff Summer & Family Party at the beautiful Selden Barns - Idyllic Countryside Venue

It was a great opportunity for our team and their families to get together, enjoy some good food, have some fun, and spend time away from work. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such an enjoyable day.

We're also pleased to share that our charity raffle raised over £600 for The Sussex Snowdrop Trust. Thank you to everyone who donated prizes, bought raffle tickets and supported this fantastic cause. Your generosity will help make a difference to local children and families.
