Interesting article from Estate Agent Today. Could this be the end of conveyancing referral fees?

A conveyancer has contacted Estate Agent Today suggesting that the Simplify Group crisis, now two months into an IT breach affecting transactions, could be the death knell for the company and may prompt a shake up in the referral fee system.

We are a small busy firm looking for an ambitious experienced legal cashier wanting to expand the role to become the practice manager (with training) to work closely with the partners to ensure the business runs smoothly meeting its monthly targets both financially and in respect of compliance with the SRA.

The ideal candidate will have proven track record of managing a law practice with good people management skills, financial planning, driven, and highly organised with commercial awareness and excellent communication skills. 10 Reasons to make a Will

We continue to offer clients our usual services, however please note that from today (Monday 23rd March) appointments will only be available at our offices by arrangement only as part of our efforts to maintain the safety of all of our clients and staff.
