Congratulations to Sarah Adlam on an incredible 30 years of service at MCP. Sarah is a valued and integral member of the team, and we are truly fortunate to have her at MCP.

MCP want to say congratulations to Claire James, Sarah Gregory, Natasha Fairhead and Lindsay Baker for gaining an additional qualification to become CILEX Lawyers with practice rights.

Although they have been qualified for many years and all have vast experience, due to a recent decision in a national case they were required to undertake additional training to get these practice rights. We are so proud of the team for achieving this whilst simultaneously managing their workloads.

Angela, based in our Thetford office, attended her children’s school careers afternoon yesterday and had the pleasure of speaking with pupils about what a career in Law involves.

Reflecting on the event, Angela said:

“I joined many other professionals in attending Elveden Academy Careers Fair which was for their Year 5 and Year 6 pupils. The pupils asked many questions about what a career in law would entail. They wanted to know what a typical working day was like and the skills our work requires. The pupils also had an opportunity to write down any law that that they would like to make! It was a pleasure to support Elveden Academy and to encourage a new generation in to a legal career".
