We are delighted to announce that Michelle Bettell has joined us a Consultant at MR|S.
Michelle is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Family Law and Family Mediation. Michelle has practised as a family lawyer for over 20 years and can advise on all types of family matters, from cohabitation agreements, pre- and post-nuptial, and all matters relating to separating, including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, injunction proceedings, cohabitation, financial settlements, and children disputes.
Michelle is an accredited family mediator dealing with all family disputes for married and unmarried couples. Michelle also offers ‘child in mediation’ in respect of which she is particularly passionate, ensuring that, in the right circumstances, the young people of the family can be given the opportunity to have a voice. We are excited to bring this to our existing range of services.
Michelle joins Consultants Emilie Holland and Aaron Bailey. We are immensely proud of our team and look forward to continuing to work with our clients, new and old to help navigate and advise them in challenging times.
