*HEALTH UPDATE*
We’re very pleased (and relieved) to tell you that on Monday evening Sam was given the all clear! She is cancer free!

She is still off recovering, she is getting better, albeit slower than she expected. She has some nerve damage down her arm from surgery and will be having some preventative radiotherapy in the coming weeks but she tells us she is feeling more like herself each day.
She’s away on annual leave next week as she turns the big 4-0 but we wish her a speedy recovery, a great birthday and I’m sure you’ll join us in saying we can’t wait to have her back at the beginning of June!

She will share more on the role her Life Insurance/Critical Illness cover policy played through the ordeal too once she is back in the office.

Sam left the house for a couple of hours today because WE WON AN AWARD 🥳🎉🤩

A note from Sam:

“I want to thank all of our wonderful clients for their kind words and understanding over the last few weeks. And for those of you who don’t know, back in March I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I had a couple of procedures through April but had my lumpectomy and lymph node biopsy/removal two weeks ago.
I was told recovery would be a matter of days but it is definitely taking a lot longer than that! I don’t do well sitting around doing nothing but am trying to prioritise my health so I can come back fit and fighting ASAP.
We’re hoping I’ll be back at the beginning of June but for everyone who has had their appointment rearranged THANK YOU. The Team have told me how many well wishes have been sent and I’m truly grateful to you all.
Huge thank you to our team who have held down the fort and ensured everything continues on in my absence, we’d be lost without you.
I’ll be back soon, I promise!”

🎄MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM HMRC! 🎄

Did you know that as a limited company, you can gift your employees a £50 gift card a few times a year, and the employee doesn’t have to pay tax on it? There are some caveats so do your research before doing it yourself!

So much of what we do is giving our clients solutions to pay less tax, and we’re very passionate about it!
This is something we have done for the past few years, because the money is better off in our staffs pockets than HMRC’s right?!
