As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing team in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
✔️Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish
✔️Drafting legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds
✔️Conducting property searches and investigations
✔️Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes
✔️Managing key dates, deadlines, and file maintenance
✔️Providing administrative support, including organizing files, preparing correspondence, and scheduling appointments
✔️Assisting in the preparation of completion statements and billing
Requirements:
✅Paralegal experience in a conveyancing or Private Client department (preferred)
✅Knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant property law in the UK
✅Proficiency in case management systems and legal software
✅Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✅Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
✅A professional and client-focused approach
