Sarah and Gary Andrews have shared the story of their daughter Wynter in BBC Panorama's investigation into maternity failings at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Wynter died just 23 minutes after birth following failures in her care. An inquest later concluded that her death was preventable. Sarah and Gary have since campaigned for improvements in maternity services and greater accountability, helping to bring national attention to the experiences of families affected by the Trust.

We are proud to support Sarah and Gary as they continue their fight for change, helping to ensure lessons are learned and that other families do not experience the same devastating loss.

The Ockenden Report is due to publish its findings on the 24 June.

What an incredible evening.

Last night, Switalskis was proud to host a charity quiz night alongside Serjeants' Inn in support of SUDEP Action: Making every epilepsy death count and the Charlie Cards initiative.

Hosted by our fantastic quiz master Matthew Holloway, the event brought together colleagues, friends, family and supporters to raise an amazing £5,225 for a cause that means so much to so many.

Charlie Cards was established in memory of Charlie Marriage, who tragically lost his life to Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP). The initiative is helping to raise awareness of epilepsy and SUDEP, while supporting vital conversations that can save lives.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, donated prizes, bought raffle tickets and contributed so generously throughout the evening. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Henrietta Hastings, Charlie's mum, and to Charlie's friends and family for joining us and sharing in such a special event.

We are incredibly grateful to have played a small part in supporting this important cause.
