How to determine if your Will Writer is local : If its important to you to support your local businesses, local employment and ensure your safety in having a company that is accountable to you for a quality service, here is a quick guide on how to ascertain if a Will Writing and Estate Planning Service is local. 1 First off, the company "localwillwriter" is not local ! 2 A large company like the Coop who deals in billions!! of your money is not local 3 Large charities are not will writers and not estate planners and not local 4 Does the website have a photo of the local person? If it is a picture of the Isle of Wight, it does not mean it is local. 5 Does the person have a local telephone number and local address? If you can't find it, they dont. 6 Do they display their regulatory body? If it is a solicitors practice they will be a member of the Law Society which protects you. If it is a legal consultant they will show their regulatory body with whom they are affiliated and which is for your protection. Your community likely matters to you for industry, employment, accountability and the highest standards of client care, to achieve this, keep it local.
