“Focusing too much on achieving the highest possible monthly rent, rather than the best overall return. Setting the rent too high can mean a property sits empty for longer, ultimately costing more in lost income.
A property achieving £950 a month for 12 months will generate more income than one achieving £1,000 but sitting empty for a month.”
