Some sales are anything but straightforward!

The offer was originally agreed back in April, but after the first buyer pulled out, a first time buyer stepped in. There were legal complications, delays and an upper chain that couldn’t quite decide whether they wanted to buy or rent!

Thankfully, everyone stayed patient, kept communicating and held their nerve.
Completion is set for 9th September.

A special shout out to Jane, who has been part of the Maddisons team for 10 years. Her communication skills, persistence and calm approach to sales progression were absolutely invaluable in keeping everyone informed and the chain together.
