NEW PROPERTY SEARCH | CANTERBURY & SURROUNDING VILLAGES 🏡

I’m currently searching on behalf of a retained client looking for a special family home within approximately 20 minutes of Canterbury.
With a budget of £1.5m–£2.5m, we’re ideally looking for a characterful detached property with around six bedrooms, 1–5 acres and a good degree of privacy. Outbuildings — or the potential to create them — are particularly important, as space is required for a music/art studio.
I’m already speaking with my network of local agents and contacts, but as ever, I’d love to hear about anything that may be quietly available or not yet on the open market.
