That’s why we’ve put together a simple maintenance checklist landlords should use before temperatures drop:

1️⃣ Service heating systems & boilers — Ensure everything is working safely and efficiently.

2️⃣ Inspect and insulate pipes — Prevents freezing and potential burst pipes during cold snaps.

3️⃣ Check roof, gutters and drains — Clear debris, fix leaks, and avoid water damage.
