What a lovely day for our Kim Rose to visit the open day at Tredarrup Holiday Cottages following a successful purchase assisted by David Formby at Paddle & C***s LLP Solicitors. The site overlooks a beautiful valley and is very peaceful as hopefully shows in the photos.

The new owners showed Kim around and talked about their future plans for not only self catering holiday accommodation, but also a yoga retreat. Sounds blissful!

It was great to meet Penny Bolton of Savills who marketed the property. Oh, and the apple and almond cake was delicious 🍰☀️🌊🙏🥂

With Verona C***s taking a well-earned mini-break in Spain, the team at Paddle & C***s (consisting of Kim Rose and new partner Helen French) were delighted to attend Truro School to join them for their business breakfast celebrating International Women's Day 2026.

It was great hearing from the various speakers, one of whom was a previous student of Truro School, Jessica Alderson who talked about the ups and downs of being in business, and her role as co-founder of So Syncd. Also, worth noting during the talk by Julia Ward-Osseiran of Conscious Wealth Limited how out of all the financial advisers in the UK, only 18% of them are women!

Thanks goes to Vicky Hanks of Boosters Limited for supplying the black notebooks which we were happy to donate to the goody bags given to all attendees.
