"Having already completed the Legal Secretaries Diploma in 2024, I was keen to undertake further learning in one of my favourite modules and had every confidence that another ILSPA course would be a worthwhile investment. I really enjoyed studying for this Diploma. I found the course materials well-written, comprehensive and interesting. Considering my answers to the achievement test questions really cemented my learning. I was never keen on writing essays when I was younger so was a bit apprehensive about this aspect of the course. However, I found the brilliant ‘How to Write Assignments’ guidance document invaluable in helping me to structure my answers. My assignment was marked promptly with comprehensive feedback given. I was delighted to achieve a Distinction, which has been a real confidence booster, and will hopefully prove to be an advantage when applying for future career opportunities." - Louise Milne, Essex
