Can a will be challenged because someone pressured the person into changing it? Yes, but it's harder to prove than you might think.

Undue influence means coercion so strong it overpowered the testator's own wishes, not just persuasion or persistent pressure. The person challenging the will has to prove it on the balance of probabilities, often through evidence of isolation, dependence on the influencer, or a will that suddenly contradicts what the person always said they wanted.

If you've got at least two years of continuous service, you're entitled to statutory redundancy pay, calculated based on your age, length of service, and weekly pay. "Off the record" isn't quite as simple as it sounds in employment disputes.

Without prejudice conversations let employers and employees discuss settling a dispute without those talks being used against them later at tribunal. There's also a separate protection called a "protected conversation," which lets an employer raise ending someone's employment even before a formal dispute exists.

But neither protection is absolute. Threats, pressure, or unreasonably short deadlines can strip it away, and protected conversations don't cover discrimination or whistleblowing claims at all.
