Yesterday we finally completed on Lower Birches Way in Rugeley 🎉🍾👏

To say this one was tough is an understatement… 357 days after accepting an offer, we can officially step off the rollercoaster 🫣

More chains = more challenges 🥲

This one took persistence.Endless calls, plenty of chasing, and yes, a few difficult conversations along the way, but… we got there.

It’s a perfect example of why working with an estate agent who’s willing to go the extra mile really matters when things get complicated.
