We are looking for a Property Solicitor, Conveyancer or Experienced Paralegal in our residential property department. Must have case handling experience dealing with:

- Purchases.

- Sales.

- Remortgages.

- New Builds.

- Both freehold and leasehold properties.

We are looking for an experienced legal assistant or secretary to assist one fee earner in our property department.

Must have conveyancing experience.

Duties include:

- Preparing correspondence

- Attending to clients

- Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files

- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch

- Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork

- Ensuring that all post-completions processes are finalised

- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
