Today, the long awaited ‘no fault’ divorce has come into effect meaning there is no longer a need for one spouse to blame the other for the breakdown of the marriage. We believe this will provide a more constructive approach to a divorce which, in turn, can benefit the parties future negotiations, arrangements and discussions.
