WANT TO SPEND MORE ON LAWYERS?

Here’s a good way to start… 😁

❌ Don’t make a Will.
❌ Don’t make Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Because when things go wrong without them, sorting everything out afterwards can be considerably more complicated, and considerably more expensive.

Die without a Will and the intestacy rules decide who inherits your estate.

Lose mental capacity without LPAs and, depending on the circumstances, your family may need to consider a Court of Protection application to manage your affairs.

Both can mean more work for lawyers.

So perhaps I’m not very good at this business thing, because I’d much rather help you plan ahead and avoid the mess in the first place.

A properly prepared Will and LPAs can make life much easier for the people you leave behind or who may one day need to help you.

Planning ahead is usually simpler, and cheaper.
