🚨 This wall wasn’t going to fix itself… and it definitely wasn’t going to stay standing for long! 🔨

A bit of remedial work completed on a property in Smalthorne last week for a landlord.

The existing wall towards the gate had become loose because there was no supporting pillar behind it. Rather than simply patching it up, we ground everything out, took the wall down to where it was solid, then rebuilt and repointed it properly.

We also added a new support pillar to the back of the wall and tied it into the existing structure, giving it the strength and stability it needed. 💪

The old brick pillar to the right of the gate was also ground out and repointed.

To finish the job off, we:
✅ Supplied and fitted a new made-to-measure gate
✅ Relayed a few loose slabs inside the garden
✅ Left everything solid, safe and tidy

Another property problem sorted from the ground up. 👌

🔥 PHASE 2 COMPLETE IN BIRCHES HEAD🔥

Back to a repeat customer for the second phase of this garden transformation! 🙌

We completed Phase 1 last year, and this time we returned to completely overhaul the existing patio and bring everything together with the work we’d previously carried out.

💥 What we’ve done:
✅ Lifted, cleaned & reused the existing slabs
✅ Excavated to the correct depth & added additional MOT
✅ Installed new ACO drains & manholes
✅ Relayed the patio and tied it seamlessly into the Phase 1 pathways
✅ Added Black Ice decorative stone to create a soakaway border
✅ Installed a new cobbled border around the artificial grass
✅ Lifted & relaid the artificial grass using Premiership Turf
✅ Finished all joints with epoxy resin jointing for a strong, durable finish

The result is a clean, practical and seriously smart-looking garden that now flows perfectly from Phase 1 into Phase 2. 👌

Over the past few weeks, we’ve managed to get a few of our smaller jobs ticked off the list before moving on to some of our bigger projects.
