We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of our former colleague and dear friend Martin Wild, who passed away yesterday.

Martin was a truly remarkable man whose strength, resilience, and warm nature left a lasting impression on everyone. Despite facing significant life changes following a tragic accident, Martin’s determination and work ethic never waivered.

Beyond his work with us, Martin was a well known and beloved figure across Whitchurch. Many will know him best as the dedicated media representative for Whitchurch Alport Football Club, a role he poured immense passion and care into for many years, serving the club and its community to an exceptional standard.

Martin was widely respected, endlessly liked, and will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Our thoughts, hearts, and deepest sympathies go out to his devoted wife Jeanette, his family, and his many friends during this incredibly difficult time.

Rest in peace Martin.
