Is your Help to Buy interest-free period coming to an end? 🏡

If you bought your home using a Help to Buy Equity Loan, the first five years are interest-free. From year 6, interest becomes payable, so this can be a good time to start thinking about your options.

You may decide to repay some or all of your equity loan, and Gent Law can support you with the legal side of the redemption process from start to finish.

If your 0% period is coming to an end and you’re unsure what happens next, speak to the Gent Law team. 💜

What actually is conveyancing? 🏡

Buying or selling a home involves a lot more than forms and signatures. 🏡

A little look back at summer at Gent Law ☀️💜

The team has had a busy few months, with plenty happening both in and out of the office.
