If you are in an abusive relationship and due to the current national health emergency are unable to separate from an abusive partner, we can help you to obtain an emergency injunction to help keep you safe. The Court are dealing with these matters by telephone and we are able to provide this emergency assistance and advice to you.

We at Ayres Waters are currently working from home. We are still able to provide immediate help and assistance to anyone who needs help obtaining an emergency injunction as the Courts are dealing with matters by telephone. Please contact us if you need help.

Meanwhile...working from home has its own problems. Many people are trying to work with small children running around and there is an issue getting the right staff! So we have had to improvise - our new ‘helpers’ talk less but aren’t great at filing and typing, they eat a lot and keep falling asleep on the job………Stay positive everyone 🌈
