Most people know about Power of Attorney, but many don't realise there are two separate Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), each protecting a different part of your life.

💷 Property & Financial Affairs LPA — allows someone you trust to manage matters such as your bank accounts, bills, pensions and property. With your permission, it can also be used while you still have mental capacity.

🤍 Health & Welfare LPA — allows someone you trust to make decisions about your care, medical treatment and where you live, but only if you lose the mental capacity to make those decisions yourself.

📱🚗 Using Your Phone While Driving? Know the Law.
