Off to do a 4 monthly house inspection. In my opinion this is probably one of the most important jobs when managing property. You can see potential issues before they become big and costly and it also helps the relationship with the tenant. What I have also noticed is that some (not all) landlords don’t realise that inspections are mandatory as part of the house insurance (thanks to the small print).
