Aye, I love him very much. He's 6'5", a gentle giant, and the softest man I've ever met.

October is for balance 🍂

Changing up my fitness this month. Eight Barre classes. Eight Reformer. Fifteen spin sessions.

Hot Mat Pilates has been my favourite, but I need to shift some weight and my hypermobile joints need low impact.

Spin gives me the cardio without the stress on my joints.

Friday afternoons are staying for painting. Non-negotiable. I love it and it makes me better at everything else.

Work stays at September levels. Manageable. I am not burning out for anyone. December will be busy with accounts when firms close for Christmas, so I am planning for that now.

The goal is not to do more. It is to do what matters.

It was not working. The robocalls. The jumping every time it buzzed. Toxic relationship.

I hired Blueprint Workspace to answer it.

They filter the nonsense.

Handle new enquiries. I finally get to concentrate.

Existing clients still get my direct dial. You are special.

Everyone else gets filtered.

Should have done this in January.

September done. Here's what that looked like. 📊

5,400 words in one day. My fingers were cramping.

10 writs lodged.
122 legal aid accounts.

One typo that would have cost £50,000. Caught it at 6pm.

Fixed it. No one knew.

A client sent 50 images on WhatsApp. Asked for a court bundle. I made order from chaos.

I posted about Gibraltar Day, Star Trek Day, and Chocolate Milkshake Day. Because law is serious but I don't have to be.

30 Pilates classes. Started stacking spin on top.

Shetland wool headband on cold runs.

Art classes where I made a mess.

My body is tired. My body is stronger.

October: 15 spin classes, 8 Barre, 8 Reformer. More judicial accounts. More business accounts. More words. More chaos turned into order.

Oh aye, and I aged one more year.
