Learning From the Best

When a sale gets complicated, you learn very quickly who to watch and how to handle it.

For me, that person is Ayse.
The way she talks to people when things are stressful, she's confident, warm, and she has this ability to make everyone feel like everything is going to be fine, even in the middle of a difficult situation.
