A lovely message from a client at the airport:

Hi Fiona I felt the need to message this morning as I am about to get on a plane with my daughter for our first holiday to Tenerife. I just wanted to say how appreciative I am because none of this would have been possible without your help. So thank you.

When a client takes the time to say thank you : it makes the job more worthwhile

Just wanted to say a great big thank you, for absolutely everything you have done for me and my children. We cannot thank you enough. You have been a massive source of support and guidance over the last few years. I don't know where we would be without you.
Again, a huge thank you.
