I mentioned the other day the importance to a new business and to me, of referrals and recommendations. So to follow on from that, we are wanting to make those recommendations and referrals worthwhile to you.

We love 🎃 Halloween in this house! Especially my daughter, she is planning outfits as soon as we are on summer holidays 😳🤦‍♀️😂😂
So we thought we would jump in this Halloween with an opportunity to share some Halloween vibes!!
We want to see pictures of decorated houses, trick or treat outfits, dressed up pets or your pumpkin carving efforts!!!
Then on Halloween night we will draw three different entries to win a tesco voucher each, that may even go towards the Christmas shop!!!

Back on familiar ground today 🏡
One of the real benefits of being a personal estate agent with eXp is that I'm not tied to a single patch. So today I took a trip back to Lincolnshire, where I spent a big chunk of my career.
Some lovely catch ups, some exciting opportunities, a good reminder that this job has always been about people and great relationships!

Next in our local village series: The Offords 🏘️

This one meant a lot to film. There's something lovely about walking a village you know inside out, it really brought back some family nostalgia for Emma. This is where she grew up!

What did buyers actually buy in September?

I’ve taken a deeper look at the Rightmove data this month — not just how many homes came to market, but what actually found a buyer.

There’s definitely activity out there, but with plenty of choice for buyers, price and presentation really matter.

I also touch on the question I’m hearing a lot at the moment…
