You've spent a lifetime building something meaningful.
Have you made sure it will be protected when you're gone?

A family home.
A business built with dedication.
Savings, investments and the people you love.

Everything you've worked for tells a story.
Your story.

But what happens to that story when you're no longer there to make the decisions?

And if your life connects the UK and Italy, who will make sure your wishes are respected across both countries?

Inheritance is about much more than passing on property or wealth. It's about protecting your family's future, preserving your legacy and giving the people you love one less thing to worry about.

At Ricchetto Law, our dual-qualified Italian and English lawyers specialise in Wills, Probate and cross-border inheritance matters, helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of two different legal systems.

How can we help you protect what matters?

• Drafting UK and Italian Wills
• International inheritance and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance involving property and assets in Italy and the UK
• Advice on inheritance tax implications
• Protecting beneficiaries and family interests
• Complex estates and cross-border succession disputes

Whether you're planning for the future or managing the estate of someone you've lost, our approach combines legal expertise, discretion and genuine understanding.

Because when the time comes, your family should inherit your legacy, not unnecessary legal complications.

Your life tells a story.
Make sure your wishes shape its legacy.

Plan today.
Protect tomorrow.

When a family changes, what happens to everything you've built together?

A home filled with memories.
Children whose future matters more than anything.
Years of shared dreams, sacrifices and achievements.

When a marriage comes to an end, it's not just a relationship that changes.
It's the life you've built around it.

And when your family, property or financial interests extend across the UK and Italy, the decisions you make can become even more complex.

Who protects your interests?
What happens to your assets?
How do you secure your children's future?

At Ricchetto Law, we understand that behind every family law matter there are people, emotions and important decisions that deserve careful consideration.

Our dual-qualified Italian and English lawyers provide discreet, strategic legal support in cross-border family matters, including:

• Divorce and judicial separation
• Financial settlements and asset protection
• Child arrangements and parental responsibility
• Property, business interests and international assets
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Cross-border family disputes between Italy and the UK

We combine legal expertise with a personal approach, helping you understand your options, protect your interests and move forward with confidence.

Because while relationships may change, your right to protect everything that matters should never change.

Your life. Your family.
Your future.
Let's protect what matters.

Your property is in Italy.
Your life is in the UK.
Do you really need to travel to sign a document?

Imagine finding the perfect buyer for your Italian property, finally settling a family inheritance, or needing to manage important legal matters back home.

Everything is ready.
But there's one problem.

You're in the UK.
And the paperwork needs to be signed in Italy.

Does that mean booking flights, taking time off work and travelling just to complete a legal formality?

Not necessarily.

With an Italian Power of Attorney (Procura), you can authorise someone you trust to act on your behalf in Italy, without having to be physically present.

At Ricchetto Law, our dual-qualified Italian and English lawyers help clients manage their Italian legal affairs while living in the UK.

Whether you need to:

• Buy or sell a property in Italy
• Deal with an Italian inheritance
• Manage property or financial interests
• Authorise someone to complete a specific legal transaction
• Prepare and formalise an Italian Power of Attorney

We can guide you through the process, from drafting the appropriate Procura to arranging the necessary certification and apostille, where required.

With over 20 years of experience in Italian legal matters, we understand the importance of getting every detail right, particularly when two countries and two legal systems are involved.

Because living abroad shouldn't mean putting your affairs in Italy on hold.

Your life in the UK.
Your interests in Italy.
One trusted legal partner.

Let Ricchetto Law help you manage the distance without unnecessary complications.

You've found the perfect location for your business.
But is the lease right for you?

Every successful business starts with a vision.

Perhaps it's the restaurant you've always dreamed of opening, the perfect space for your first boutique, or a new office that marks the next chapter of your company's growth.

Finding the right premises is exciting. But before you sign, there's one important question:
Does your commercial lease protect your ambitions, or could it limit them?

A lease isn't simply an agreement for a space.
It's a long-term commitment that can influence your financial security, your flexibility and your future plans.

At Ricchetto Law, we believe the right legal advice should give you the confidence to focus on what matters most: building your business.

Our dual-qualified Italian and English lawyers provide tailored commercial property advice across the UK and Italy, supporting landlords and tenants with:

• Commercial lease negotiations and renewals
• Reviewing lease terms before signing
• Break clauses, rent reviews and service charges
• Lease assignments and alterations
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters

Whether you're opening your first premises or taking your business to the next level, we're here to help you make the right decisions from the very beginning.

We also offer tailored fixed-fee quotations, so you can plan with confidence.

Your vision deserves the right space.
Your investment deserves the right protection.
Let's make sure your next move is the right one.

Our CEO and Solicitor Vania Marinello had the pleasure of attending A Taste of Networking, following a kind invitation from Britaly SM & Partners LTD, whose professional network Ricchetto law has proudly been part of for many years.

A heartfelt thank you to Britaly for their impeccable organisation, as always, and to the Italian Chamber of Commerce for the UK for their warm hospitality.

Special thanks to DG Prolink for the inspiring panel featuring Alessandra Raggi, and to Daniela Diotti for moderating the conversation so beautifully.

It was also a lovely opportunity to reconnect with Vania Marinello, a fellow professional within the Britaly network, with whom we have shared years of collaboration, interesting conversations and memorable moments.

At Ricchetto Law, we believe that the most meaningful professional relationships are built on trust, shared values and genuine human connections.

And the next opportunity to meet is already on the horizon!

Save the dates for two special events where you will have the opportunity to meet our CEO and Solicitor in person:

📍 London | 19 November 2026

📍 Manchester | 20 November 2026

Stay tuned for more details.
We look forward to seeing you there!

Don’t search for a solicitor every time.
Have one already by your side.

When a legal issue arises, the challenge is not simply finding the right solicitor.

You need to find the right professional, check their availability, explain your business and the background, share documents and information, and often involve several people within the company before the work can even begin.

With Studio Ricchetto’s ongoing legal support service, your business can have a dedicated solicitor who already understands your company, its structure and its key requirements.

The main benefit is simple: saving valuable time.

Your solicitor can work alongside your business on both day-to-day matters and more important decisions, while your team already knows exactly who to contact when a question or issue arises.

There is no need to start from scratch every time.

Support can include, among other areas:

✅ Commercial contracts

✅ Commercial leases

✅ Debt recovery

✅ Immigration

✅ Shareholder and director matters

✅ Business succession and continuity planning

✅ Legal support for key business decisions

The service is designed around the actual needs of your business, with tailored packages available from as little as three hours of legal support per month.

The aim is simple, to give your business a reliable, responsive and easily accessible legal point of contact, without the need for an in-house legal department.

Less time spent finding the right solicitor.
Faster decisions.
Greater continuity of legal support.

If you would like to discuss which level of support may be most suitable for your business, we would be happy to speak with you.

Happy to argue.
But we didn’t actually argue.

Last night, our CEO, Vania Marinello, took part in a roundtable organised by GD Prolink, in collaboration with Italian Chamber of Commerce for the UK and Giusy Masiello .

It was deliberately kept to a small group, with a format that felt refreshingly different, not a speaker addressing an audience, but people sitting around the same table and becoming part of the conversation.

Leading the discussion was Alessandra Raggi author of Felici di litigare – L’arte del discutere (Happy to Argue – The Art of Discussion).
And despite the title, we didn’t actually argue.

What we did was perhaps more interesting. We discussed, listened to different views, shared experiences, asked questions and explored what happens when our perspectives do not necessarily align.

Because a good discussion is not always about convincing someone else or deciding who is right.
Sometimes, its real value is simply leaving the conversation with a perspective you did not have when you arrived.

For us at Ricchetto Law Ltd, where different interests, views and positions are part of our everyday work, the subject felt particularly close to home.

Congratulations to GD Prolink for creating a format where the value of the evening came not simply from listening, but from participating, exchanging ideas and getting to know one another through conversation.

And yes, strictly speaking, the roundtable was rectangular.
But we decided not to argue about that.
