As beautiful as this is, I really don’t love these frosty mornings anymore!

Since adding kids and dogs to our lives, the cold and wet weather is just such a drag. We love being outdoors but hate all the layering up, waterproofs etc required. I do enjoy getting in to the warm house afterwards though! Just not the gas bill 😵‍💫

The idea behind Baillie White Property Management was born back in 2016 when my now husband and I rented our properties in order to move in together. What started as a happy accident became a passionate interest in property investments and lettings.

Realising the importance of getting the right property, in the right location, with the right fundamentals and the effect this has on margins, as well as finding the right tenant who will make a property home, I began to help friends and family like a tenant x property Cilla Black!
