We are very proud to share some lovely news from Wallace Robinson & Morgan Solicitors.

From 1 June, Ollie Wheldon officially qualified as a Solicitor, while Amun Sunner and Jaslyn Debney have taken the next exciting step in their careers and have been promoted to Trainee Solicitors.

It is always special to see people grow within the firm, and this is a wonderful milestone for all three of them. Their hard work, dedication and positive attitude have brought them to this well-deserved stage.

A huge congratulations to Ollie, Amun and Jaz from everyone at WRM. We are so pleased for you and excited to see what comes next in your legal careers.

Our volunteering month has officially kicked off and what a start it has been!

The first two groups have done an absolutely brilliant job. So far, they have been busy painting fences and sheds, jet washing wooden chairs and benches, and making a start on digging over the plots ready for new flower beds and decorative woodchips.

It is safe to say a few of us felt it in our backs the next day, but it was well worth it!

There is still plenty to do, so a big cheer for the next groups who will be rolling up their sleeves and carrying on the good work.

Well done to everyone involved so far, and thank you for giving your time and energy to make a real difference.

If you would like to support the project, any donation big or small would be gratefully received https://www.justgiving.com/page/wallace-robinson-morgan-2?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL

Buying a property in England & Wales can feel overwhelming, but understanding the legal process can make a real difference.

Our Paralegal, Kateryna Knyazeva, has put together a clear and practical guide explaining each stage of the transaction. It also highlights key points to be aware of, including when a transaction becomes legally binding and typical timescales.

If you are planning to buy or just want to better understand the process, this is a helpful read.

Buying a property in England and Wales can be a stressful experience, but much of that stress can be reduced by understanding the legal process and the protections in place. One of the most important things to know is that a transaction does not become legally binding until contracts are exchanged,....

This May, we will be supporting the Family Care Trust as part of our volunteering and fundraising initiative.

They do incredible work helping people with learning disabilities live more independent and fulfilling lives. We are raising funds to refresh a garden at their supported living service in Bentley Heath, creating a safe and enjoyable outdoor space for residents.

If you are able to support, any donation – big or small – would be greatly appreciated.
