The Ministry of Justice Family Mediation Voucher Scheme can assist families with mediation costs to resolve disputes peacefully.

Eligible families can receive a voucher worth up to £500 towards the cost of mediation sessions.

No Means Test: Eligibility is not based on your income—it's available to most families dealing with child-related disputes.

Proven Success: Around 70% of families who use the scheme reach a full or partial agreement without needing to go to court.

Family Mediation week is taking place 26th January – 30th January.
