Sure, will writers can be cheaper but they’re unregulated, leaving the door open to sales tactics and hidden fees.

Whilst there are many good will writers out there, it’s unfortunately all too common for clients to be caught out by unscrupulous practices that leave them paying more.

Solicitors on the other hand are regulated by the SRA or CLC, meaning they are duty bound to provide a transparent service that provides clear pathways to recourse if anything goes wrong.
