Your interest rate stays the same for a set period — usually 2, 3 or 5 years.

📌 TRACKER MORTGAGE

Your interest rate “tracks” the Bank of England base rate.

📈 Base rate goes up = your payments may increase

This shows how much you borrow compared to the property value.
