With over 20 years qualified experience, we offer a professional, friendly and compassionate service. We are passionate about helping you to protect your loved ones, and putting you in control of what happens when you are not able to make decisions yourself. All advice given is bespoke to your individual circumstances. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to getting your planning in place

, and we will discuss with you your own personal needs and objectives before offering the advice. We can arrange home visits in the local area (Scarborough and Ryedale), or otherwise we are able to conduct telephone or video call interviews to help you get this essential planning in place. We are not tied in to office hours, so will aim to be as flexible as you need to help you get your affairs in order. But, regardless of how we interact, you will be getting the same professional service with our usual friendly and compassionate manner. We have over 20 years experience in writing Wills, preparing Powers of Attorney and making probate applications. We have qualifications as both a Chartered Legal Executive and for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in this area; We are also a full member of the Solicitors for the Elderly

There are definitely some perks to living and working by the sea… 🌊☀️

A sunny morning in Scarborough, the sound of the waves, a quick walk along the seafront between appointments — it’s hard not to feel a little more relaxed when this is on your doorstep.

And perhaps that’s one of the things we love most about living here. Life can be busy, and our work often involves helping people make important decisions about the future, so having the sea nearby is a lovely reminder to pause, take a breath and enjoy the here and now.

We’re very lucky to call Scarborough home — and even luckier to work with the wonderful people who live here too. ❤️
