A huge grazie to our client Ciao Italian Grocers for this fantastic hamper that they kindly sent us! 🇮🇹

Bronze-cut pasta, taralli, cantucci, salami, cheese, Kimbo coffee and a bottle of extra virgin olive oil and many other items – everything you'd want from a proper Italian deli.

If you haven't had the pleasure of their products yet, call in to see them at 101 Cregagh Road, Belfast or at St George's Market.

And watch this space – Ciao have an exciting new venture coming soon to the Ormeau Road. We've been delighted to work with them on it and wish them every success. 🍝☕

This milestone is a testament to the hard work, professionalism, commitment, and passion that Clare and her team bring to their work every day. Their success has been well-earned, and we are incredibly proud to see how the firm has grown and flourished.

🍟 Big news for Ballynahinch!

You may have seen today's headlines – McDonald's has lodged plans for a restaurant in Ballynahinch, a new drive-thru on the Belfast Road.

We're proud to share that we acted for the landowner side of this transaction, advising on the property deal that brought one of the world's biggest brands to our town.

Commercial property transactions of this scale demand careful negotiation, local knowledge, and attention to detail – and that's what we try to bring to every deal, big or small.

A big thank you to one of our conveyancing clients who very kindly sent these beautiful flowers after their property transaction completed.

The flowers were for Marese and Orla as a thank you for all their help throughout the process. Buying, selling and moving home can be a stressful time, so it's always especially nice to hear that we've been able to make things a little easier for our clients.

Kind gestures like this really do brighten our day.

🏉 What an incredible end to another fantastic season with the Hinch Minis, brilliantly captured by Visual Narrative. We are proud to be a sponsor of Ballynahinch RFC minis.

Huge thanks to everyone at the club — coaches, volunteers, parents — for making it the special place it is. Here's to next season! 🦌

A dementia diagnosis can change a family’s future overnight — emotionally, practically, and financially.

That’s why forward life planning is so important. Putting arrangements in place early including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and care planning can provide clarity, protection and peace of mind for everyone involved. Most importantly, it ensures your wishes are respected while reducing stress on loved ones during difficult times.

We are inspired by the incredible efforts of Jordan & Cian Adams, the FTD Brothers, and their current marathon challenge, raising awareness around dementia and the impact it has on families every single day. Their determination highlights an important message: dementia affects more than memory — it affects entire families and futures.

Planning ahead may feel daunting, but taking advice early can make all the difference.

If you or a loved one has received a dementia diagnosis and would like guidance on planning for the future, our team is here to help.
