✅ No need to send us your documents each year
✅ No need to update your debit/credit details when it expires
The quickest way to make the switch is online – just follow the 5 simple steps below👇
1. Log in to your account at www.merseyflow.co.uk
2. Select ‘payment methods’ from the menu options
3. Select 'Direct Debit' as your preferred payment method
4. Select ‘vehicles’ from ‘my account’ home page menu
5. Tick the 'auto-renew' option for your LUDS vehicle
👉If selecting Direct Debit as your preferred payment method, please allow up to 14 days for your bank to process the new Direct Debit. If your plan expires before the Direct Debit is processed, you will need to pay your £12 annual LUDS fee directly.
