New Vacancy: Head of Dispute Resolution & Litigation

Parker Rhodes Hickmotts Solicitors are recruiting for a full or four-day permanent position for a Head of Dispute Resolution, Solicitor or CILEX with specific practice rights.

Ideally, the applicant will have a problem-solving approach and a good knowledge of the Civil Courts and a broad range of disciplines, including general property and mortgage repossessions, boundary disputes, debt, and general contract.

The applicant should have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.

Salary to be agreed in-line with experience;

This role will be supporting fee earners in the department, duties include:

• Secretarial and administrative duties, including digital audio typing;

• Opening and closing files;

• Booking interpreters and liaising with other third parties;

• Dealing with clients both over the telephone and face to face and subsequently creating precise file notes;

• Filing, photo-copying and other ad-hoc duties;

• Ad-hoc reception cover.
