The latest Budget introduces several shifts that could significantly affect your financial position, especially if you own a home, investment property, or hold savings and pensions.

Key changes include frozen Inheritance Tax allowances, rising taxes on property income, dividends and savings, and a new levy on high-value residential property from 2028. Crucially, from 2027, pension pots will be included within estates for IHT purposes, altering long-standing assumptions about pension planning.
