We're proud to be a Community Sponsor of Salford Pink Picnic this weekend 🌈

The Pink Picnic is Salford's annual Pride celebration, bringing people together to celebrate inclusion, equality and the LGBTQ+ community organised by Salford Pride

Our LGBTQ+ Special Interest Group Co-Chairs, Connie Yates and Poppy Romback, alongside our EDIB Co-Chair, Nicola Dawn, will be volunteering during the event set-up and attending on the day.

As a firm, we recognise and celebrate that every family is unique. Through our Modern Families approach, we support individuals and families of all backgrounds, reflecting the many ways families are formed and thrive today and we’ll be giving visitors to our stand the chance to celebrate how there’s no one way to be a family.

We’re excited to join the celebrations and support the fantastic work of Salford Pride this weekend.

This mile reflects the importance of family protection and the reassurance that planning ahead can bring to the people around us.

Inspired by the Macmillan Cancer Support Mighty Hike, this stage of the campaign is a reminder that behind every legal conversation is a personal journey. While the hike represents endurance and support, it also reflects the importance of walking alongside families through difficult moments.

While we provide legal guidance, we also recognise the emotional realities that often sit behind these conversations.

Because planning ahead isn’t about expecting the worst,
it’s about making things clearer for the people around you.

As Foster Care Fortnight comes to a close, we reflect on this year’s theme: This is Fostering.

Over the past week, we’ve highlighted the reality behind fostering , the misconceptions, the facts, and most importantly, the people who provide safety, stability and care to children and young people every day.

Foster carers play a vital role in helping children feel secure during some of the most challenging moments in their lives. Their support can shape not just outcomes, but futures.

We are proud to stand alongside the fostering community and to support those who may need legal guidance around fostering, special guardianship and wider family arrangements.

While this campaign may end, the need for understanding, awareness and support continues all year round.

If you need advice or guidance, our Family team is here to help.
