Members of the Institute of Professional Will writers (IPW) Code of Practice is recognised and approved by Trading Standards Institute. We have solicitors (non practising) and legally qualified staff advising you and carry £2million of Professional Indemnity insurance so you are in safe hands.

If you die without a Will your estate passes in accordance with the Intestacy Rules which do not make any provision for partners.

Your partner would not be entitled to any sole assets and they will pass to your children or if you have no children, to other family members instead, potentially leaving your surviving partner in a very vulnerable position.
