Quay Living is a family-owned independent estate and letting agent in Poole, Dorset. Established in 2006, Quays’ partners are husband and wife team, Duncan and Helen Challis. We are a young firm bringing a progressive ethos to a traditional sector. Our office in Poole is open seven days a week until 6pm. We all hate answering machines, so our staff are available to take your call until 10pm every

night. Our team provides a comprehensive service, reflecting the importance we attach to offering a joined-up service for vendors, tenants and investors. When we talk about local knowledge, we mean it. Being based in the heart of the Poole Old Town, we have extensive knowledge of the properties on ‘our patch’, whether it is for sales, residential lettings or holiday lettings. Our partners both live in Poole Old Town, moments from the office, and are thoroughly immersed in the local community. Helen Challis sits on the Board of Poole Tourism and is a director of Poole BID, the Town’s recently established Business Improvement District. Quay Holidays and Quay Living are corporate sponsors of Dorset Wildlife Trust, as well as being members of both Poole and Dorset Chambers of Commerce. Some History about us...
Quay Living was created in 2010 to satisfy clients’ desires for a comprehensive one-stop property service, spanning short lettings, long lettings, sales and investment. Its sister company, Quay Holidays was established in 2006, and within four years became the biggest provider of high-quality holiday accommodation in Poole. Its move to larger, high-profile offices in Orchard Plaza allowed Quay to expand into Estate Agency in sales, residential lettings and block management. The group currently manages a substantial portfolio of approximately 200 properties in and around Poole and Bournemouth. Our experienced sales team have developed a proven track record selling apartments and houses throughout Poole, Bournemouth, Sandbanks and other local centres.
