Sepsis is a serious condition triggered by any infection, including chest infections and UTIs. The body’s immune system will usually attack and kill foreign bodies and infections which invade the body.

Sometimes however the immune system stops fighting the infection and turns on the body. This can cause organ dysfunction, which can lead to septic shock, multi organ failure and death. Sepsis is a medical emergency.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years’ PQE Solicitor or Legal Exec experience of working on Clinical Negligence to join our team. You will be part of a small, dedicated team, who are devoted to serving clients in and around the Plymouth, West Devon and East Cornwall area, with a strong reputation in the area. As well as having excellent legal and analytical skills, the right candidate will need to be personable and share our commitment to our clients and local community.

Kerri is our office manager and legal cashier. She joined the firm in 2022. She originally started in an accounting firm as an Accounts Assistant and has many years’ experience in bookkeeping and finance.
Kerri has two daughters who keep her busy. She enjoys travelling and socialising with friends and family.

James is a Solicitor who joined Chris Kallis Solicitors in 2022 having trained and qualified in the local area. James has previously worked in other legal areas, however decided to specialise in Personal Injury Litigation and now runs a varied caseload including Employer & Public liability as well as Road Traffic Accident claims.
When not in the office, James is either spending time with his young family or out training for his next running challenge.
